We want you to love your purchase from Cotton Print Club! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final sale or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at palak@cottonprintclub.com with your order number and reason for
    return.
  2. We will provide you with our USA return address in Texas.
  3. You can use your preferred courier(USPS, UPS, Fedex) to send the item back to our USA address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
    within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is
    due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for your
preferred item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
